Abstract (en)

Examines the architecture of the Spanish Embassy in Berlin, built 1938-1943, emphasizing the function of the interior spaces. The project for the design of the embassy was assigned to Walter and Johannes Krüger, while Erich Voss of the Reichsbaudirektion is noted as having been influential in determining the interior layout of this as well as other embassies and legations in the diplomatic quarter of Berlin during the National Socialist period.
