Catalogues the drawings, which consist of architectural views, in the sketchbook dating from 1805 to around 1817 (Brighton, Art Gallery and Museum). Discusses the function of the notebook, which perhaps served as a pattern-book for Repton when he embarked on an independent career, and its use as a cultural document of the time.
