Reports the discovery of new documentary evidence concerning Boscoli's activity in Florence and Rome, 1605-1608; documents include his will, dated 20 Aug 1608 but drawn up in Rome in 1606; in light of this evidence, discusses his tomb in S. Giovanni dei Fiorentini, Rome, and identifies late drawings in the Uffizi, Florence, and other collections. Appendix with transcriptions of the will and the inventory of Boscoli's estate.
