Interview with Mikhail Piotrovski, the director of the Hermitage, who discusses an exhibition of works--primarily French impressionism and post-impressionism--that were taken as war booty from private German collectors during the second World War. He is non-committal on the issue of restitution of paintings to the original owners' heirs.
