Presents records of payment for restorations of ancient sculptures in the collection of the Museo Capitolino, Rome, executed by Clemente Bianchi in 1750 (four miscellaneous pieces) and by Cavaceppi in 1754 (15 sculptures from the Villa d'Este in Tivoli, some originally from Hadrian's Villa). The documents, transcribed here, include detailed information about the restorations.
