Observes that, owing to underfunding, the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford has retained its traditional typological style of display, with old-fashioned cases crowded with treasures and curiosities, and an apparently arbitrary juxtaposition of exhibits; reports on recent renovations, involving new lighting and labeling and the addition of introductory display panels.
