The essays include Eva Eriksson on Sweden in the 1890s; Torsten Gunnarsson on Carl Larsson's life and art; Stavenow-Hidemark on the interior design context on which they drew, their approach to older furniture traditions, and on Carl Larsson's mass-produced images; Gillian Naylor on the European context of the interiors; Lena Rydin on Karin Larsson's textile work; Snodin on the property in Sundborn; Cecilia Lengefeld on Larsson's books; and Lena Larsson on the impact of the Larsson home on more recent Swedish design.
