Notes that the only painting by Veronese in Dalmatia is the Polyptych of S. Lawrence in the parish church of Vrboska; mentions works that reflect Veronese's influence; and provides a survey of painting in Dalmatia, ca.1545-1590, by local and Italian artists, as well as works of Italian, mainly Venetian, painters in Dalmatian collections. Also mentions sculptures by Vittoria executed for the cathedral of Trogir.
