Discusses the roles of the craftsman, designer and marketing department in the process of producing modern industrial and applied art; and the experiences of Danish ceramist Ursula Munch-Petersen during her cooperation with the Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Manufactory (now part of Royal Scandinavia) when designing the dinner service Ursula in 1987.
