Catalogue published (1998) on the occasion of the retrospective exhibition of Constant's New Babylon project at the Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art in Rotterdam (21 Nov 1998-10 Jan 1999). The project is a series of maps, models, sketches and paintings that evoke a new mode of dwelling and a new mode of society.
