Describes the church of S. Maria dell'Immacolata (architect: marchese Carlo Lepri; 1911), Rome. The church was commissioned by pope Pius X and built on a country estate (owned by duke Antonino Salviati) known as the Cervelletta. Also describes the mural paintings by Giovanni Battista Conti, and surveys other works in Rome by this painter.
