On Danish painter Erik Ortvad, a surrealist who later became a member of the Cobra group, and was internationally known as the satirical cartoonist Enrico. From the 1960s, Ortvad made lyrical, expressionist paintings, watercolors and lithographs. Texts are: "The formative years," by Lars Kaerulf Møller; "Ortvad 1942-52," by Troels Andersen; "Enrico," by Mathis Mathisen; and "Starting again from scratch 1962-95," by Peter Shield.
