Abstract (en)

Draws attention to a small group of mid-17th c. copper alloy objects which bear representations of the arms of the Commonwealth (two conjoined shields, that on the left with the Cross of S. George and that on the right with the Harp of Ireland, set within a wreath formed of a palm and laurel branch).
