Seeks to analyze the "formal organization of flows" that comprise cities, particularly with regard to Latin America and art projects of the Farsites exhibition. Provides a history of Brasilia's planning and infrastructure concerns in relation to Sean Snyder's photographs documenting public circulation within the city. Also looks at works in video and other media showing rural transportation, weather conditions, maps, utilities, civil surveillance, political activity, housing projects, consumption patterns, and other aspects of urban life.
