- On the occasion of a touring exhibition of the Guggenheim collection in the Bundeskunsthalle (Bonn, 21 July 2006-7 Jan 2007, 25 Aug-12 Nov 2006) and the Deutsche Guggenheim (Berlin, through 10 Aug 2006), examines the history of Solomon R. Guggenheim's interest in art, focusing on the role of Hilla von Rebay in motivating the copper magnate's collecting and conception of the museum's initial mission. Includes an inset interviewing Guggenheim director Thomas Krens regarding the planning and financial aspects of the exhibition.
