Abstract (en)
Analyzes early Roman style evangeliaries from the Trier Domschatz (focusing on Hs. 139/110/68 and Hs. 138/64), comparing them to known Helmarshausen evangeliaries (primarily Ms. Ludw. II 3, Los Angeles, J. Paul Getty Museum), to determine the possibility of the existence of a scriptorium practicing manuscript illumination in Paderborn that may have collaborated with the accomplished scriptorium at Helmarshausen.
