Abstract (en)

Reports on a visit to the gardens at Geilston at Cardross, which were owned and maintained by Elizabeth Hendry and Margaret Bell for nearly half a century. The property passed into the hands of the National Trust and National Trust for Scotland at Miss Bell's death in 1997.
