Reconstructs the Foro Boario in Rome, paying particular attention to the buildings incorporated into the fabric of the church of S. Maria in Cosmedin. These are the remains of a temple (possibly the Ara Maxima of Hercules), a wall from the imperial age decorated with niches, and a porch with arches on composite columns dating from the Constantinian period.
