Abstract
(en)
Note on the two sculpted tympana currently on display in the garden of the so-called Huis met de Hoofden in Amsterdam. They come from a building on the former Botermarkt (now Rembrandtplein), built in 1655 as a new city gate, later transformed into a weighhouse, and demolished in 1874.
